How long does this process take?

How much does it cost?

An initial evaluation in person takes 60-90 minutes. You will obtain a rough overview of your chemistries, formulate a strategy of what needs to be checked, and receive a prescription. 
I try to teach you how to take charge of your brain and assist you in fixing it. 
The cost is $250 to $300.  Payment is by credit card, cash, or a check.  A receipt of services
is provided to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. 
Some policies cover well, while others do not.

Follow-up consultations are usually 15-30 minutes long and average every 2-4 weeks. Identification of important and helpful medication typically occurs within 3 sessions.
Then 15-30 minute checkups continue as needed every 1-3 months. 
Charges are prorated at the hourly rate; i.e. a 15-30 minute session costs $75-$150.

Directions to the office

The office is located approximately midway between Los Angeles and San Diego.  On Interstate 5, at the level of Mission Viejo, exit on Crown Valley Parkway towards the ocean (West). 
Coming south on Interstate 5, this is a right turn.  Coming north on Interstate 5 this is a left
turn.  Travel 3.3 miles on Crown Valley Parkway and pass through an intersection "Niguel Road".  Landmarks on that intersection include three gas stations and a Taco Bell.  Continue on Crown Valley past Niguel Road for about 100 yards, and make the first U-turn possible on the block. 
As you're turning, travel diagonally across to the immediate second driveway.  The building is 30110 Crown Valley and reads "Niguel Family Medical Center".  To the left of this office is my office, Suite 108.
