Appointment Info
The initial evaluation is usually 1.5 hours in duration. Depending on complexity, this may be shorter or longer. Follow-up appointments are typically 15 to 35 minutes, occurring every one to three months, depending on risk factors.
Please bring the following to your first appointment, if possible:
- A list of past and current psychiatric medications: Dosage, duration, and outcome
- A list of all your medical conditions, current medications, and nutritional supplements
- Laboratory tests from the past two years, or beyond, if relevant
- Brain MRI CD, SPECT study or EEG report, if this has been done
- Psychological test reports, if they exist
